TRM Occupational Health Service under Dr Maluleke TR as the CEO does  meet Health and Safety standards, beside the  CEO having acquired a diploma in Occupational and Medicine he has also acquired competency certificates on how to operate the audiometry, keystone and spirometry testing .The company works with one occupational nurse and two competent technician to operate the relevant equipment.
Our Policies subscribe to the occupational health and safety act of 85 of 1993 and the standards and statutes outlined by the South African Society of Occupational Medicine (SASOM)and Health Professional Council South Africa(HPCSA)

Our OMP who is also a director of the company has the following qualifications, i.e  MBchB (Medunsa), Dip HIV Man(SA), DOHM(UP),MPH(UP). In addition he holds a certificate in the evaluation of permanent medical impairment rating and is currently contracted to the South African Social Security Agency(SASSA)  as medical assessor responsible for disability management.

The company has partnership with other professionals such as social worker, psychologist, occupational therapist, lawyer, financial advisor and physiotherapist. The above-mentioned professionals are also registered to their council or professional bodies.
